A short break for BCC
A short break but a great idea for another daily practice

Meditation
Hi there,
One of the features of Bible Copy Club is that we run in themed series' with short breaks in between.
If we don't take breaks periodically, the emails can begin to look a bit like wallpaper.
So it makes sense to take short breaks to keep things fresh, which is what we're going to do this week.
You won't see the familiar daily emails from me this week prompting you to copy any text from the Bible.
However, I do have a great idea for you.
To try your hand at Bible memorization, I can't recommend highly enough a daily email I subscribe to called Malachi Daily.
You can subscribe at this link. Click through and check it out. It's really interesting. They use a "fill-in-the-gaps" method to help you memorize one verse of scripture every other week.
It's a very simple, done-for-you memorization technique that asks your brain to fill in the gaps, requiring just the right amount of effort to build the passage into your memory and heart.
It's the perfect complement to Bible Copy Club. And a great new thing to try in our week off.
Using Matthew 11:28 as an example, the emails look something like this;
In addition to the memorization technique, each email provides context for the passage and further study if what you want it.
Apart from BCC, it's my favorite daily habit.
Give it a go, and I'll be back on Monday, Feb 9, with the next series of Bible Copy Club.
Andy
